Had a problem in the room and it took them long to come and fix it. The location and cleanliness. My room was in the last floor and the electricity in my room was switching off and on since I checked in and i call multiple times to the lobby desk they said they will fix it and i went out came after two hours it was still the same they came around 10 pm to fix the issue and i was really tired didn't had rest till they fix it
It was a bad experience staying there.
