Friendly Team, but the Hotel Needs Attention. The hotel's location is excellent; the Dubai Mall and other attractions are easy to reach. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive throughout our ten-day stay. However, for a 4-star hotel, I expected significantly more overall. Our first room (221) was very worn, and the shower in particular had an unpleasant sewage smell. After three days, we moved to room 821. Although it was in better condition, the loud noise from the roof ventilation made another move unavoidable. We spent the remainder of our stay in room 735, which was generally tidier but clearly showing its age. A particularly negative point was the extremely dirty windows, which appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time. We were also alarmed to find a piece of luggage in our room that did not belong to us. We reported this to the reception and were told that a staff member had accidentally left the backpack there. Incidents like this should not occur in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was very basic. There was only a very small selection of fruit, and on one Monday, yogurt was initially unavailable due to an alleged shortage. It was only provided after we asked several times. Napkins had to be requested each day anew, and the entire terrace area looked unkempt – including the heavily soiled red carpet. Overall, I would rate the Heritage Hotel barely 3 stars. The team deserves recognition for their clear efforts to provide hospitality, but unfortunately, the staff cannot compensate for the hotel’s structural and organizational shortcomings. After all these experiences, our stay at the Heritage Hotel – which we chose based on the excellent reviews – was a significant disappointment. We now view these reviews much more critically. Finally, we would like to expressly ask management to refrain from sending standardized responses such as “We will discuss these incidents internally with our staff.” What matters to us is that the issues mentioned are genuinely addressed, so that the hotel can stand out for more than just its excellent location.. .

Great place to be. Food is amazing and stuff is super friendly! Aboshek is a great guy! :) cozy atmosphere and they just recently changed the menu and it's worth to try it out!. .

Great place to watch footie. Abi is the best. Watch all the football games here. Service is impeccable . Large screens . Food isgood and the service is pristine . Definitely recommend. .
